# Retry Failed Tipalti Payments

Sometimes, Tipalti transactions fail to complete as expected. These failures can occur for a variety of reasons. \
\
All failed Tipalti transactions will be displayed on your **Transaction** page. \
\
Make sure to contact [Tipalti Customer Support](https://tipalti.com/tipalti-support/#:~:text=Reach%20us%20at%20%2B1%20800,12%3A00%20PM%20Pacific%20time.) to help you diagnose and resolve the issue before retrying a failed transaction. Typically, the Payee Information you entered was incorrect, or the Payee did not fully complete their [**Tipalti Connection**](https://helpdesk.revelator.com/a/solutions/articles/69000851192). \
\
Use the following steps to retry a failed transaction only after the issue that caused the failure is corrected.  \
\
1\.  From the **Royalties**> **Transactions** screen, select the 3 dots at the end of the failed transaction row.\
2\. Click **Retry** to resend the payment again to the **Payee**.
