Sometimes, Tipalti transactions fail to complete as expected. These failures can occur for a variety of reasons. All failed Tipalti transactions will be displayed on your Transaction page. Make sure to contact to help you diagnose and resolve the issue before retrying a failed transaction. Typically, the Payee Information you entered was incorrect, or the Payee did not fully complete their . Use the following steps to retry a failed transaction only after the issue that caused the failure is corrected. 1. From the Royalties> Transactions screen, select the 3 dots at the end of the failed transaction row. 2. Click Retry to resend the payment again to the Payee.
