**Statements** provides centralized access for reviewing, approving, filtering, and analyzing royalty earnings for your payees and royalty tokens. Whether you're verifying high-level totals or drilling into transaction-level revenue streams for a payee, our statements offer transparency, traceability, and control over your royalty distribution.

## **Frequently Asked Questions**

<summary>Can I export statements for multiple payees at once?</summary>

Yes.&#x20;

Select statements you'd like to export, and form the action bar that appears, click **Options** and choose **Download**. This will download a zip file containing the selected statements.

<summary>What if I accidentally approved a statement?</summary>

From the approved statement, click <img src="https://3676652645-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MEiW8xrgQlP3-v0URKN%2Fuploads%2F2AQ3ye0NMQwThmhOKOdX%2Foptions.svg?alt=media&#x26;token=133062cf-64b3-425a-bf3c-4caa0b4fcaba" alt="" data-size="line"> and select **Unapprove** to revert it's status. You can do this for multiple statements at once via bulk actions too.

If you **Approve & Pay** a statement, you will not be able to unapprove the statement and undo the payment that has been made.&#x20;

<summary>Can I resend a statement via email?</summary>

Yes.

From any statement that has been **approved,** click <img src="https://3676652645-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MEiW8xrgQlP3-v0URKN%2Fuploads%2F2AQ3ye0NMQwThmhOKOdX%2Foptions.svg?alt=media&#x26;token=133062cf-64b3-425a-bf3c-4caa0b4fcaba" alt="" data-size="line"> and select **Email.** This will resend the statement to the payee again.

When you approve a statement it is automatically emailed to the payee.

#### **Statement Summary**

Downloading a **Statement** **Summary,** will download only the top-level breakdown of totals and categories.&#x20;

#### Statement Details

Downloading a **Statement Details**, will download all line-item data showing individual sources and calculations for each item entered into the statement.
