Option 1: DDEX export from previous distributor
If your previous distributor is unwilling/unable to export DDEX directly to our server, we can download DDEX packages and ingest from any SFTP/AWS hosted storage as long as you provide us with full and continued access.
Delivering your catalog from Fuga
The following outlines the steps needed in order to deliver your catalog from FUGA to Revelator:
In your Fuga account, set up a contract to deliver your catalog to Revelator
Notify Revelator when this is done
Revelator will then create a file path folder to accept the delivery, e.g. "
/fuga/rev_customer"Once the feed and Revelator folder is set up, request to deliver your catalog to Revelator by creating an order for full catalog delivery:
Please share with your Customer Success manager any delivery status information you see from your Fuga account along the way.
Delivering your catalog from Consolidated Independent
The following outlines the steps needed in order to deliver your catalog from CI to Revelator:
Request to set up a feed to *REE* from CI
Notify Revelator when this is done
Revelator will then create a folder to accept the delivery, e.g. "
/ci/rev_customer"Once the feed and Revelator folder is set up, request to deliver your catalog to Revelator (REE)
Create an order for full catalog delivery:
Please share with your Customer Success manager any delivery status information you see from your CI account along the way.
Delivering your catalog from Sonosuite
Request a catalog migration from within your Sonosuite Dashboard.
There is a fee to export DDEX packages.
You will need to input our SFTP credentials into the tool, which you can request by contacting Support.
Input these credentials into the Catalog Export tool in your SonoSuite Dashboard.
Deliver from Other Distributors
DDEX is the most efficient way to export your catalog as it includes metadata, audio, and cover art files
Request a DDEX export from your previous distributor. They will need our SFTP credentials to export the catalog directly to our server
Contact Support for our SFTP credentials, and provide these to your previous distributor.
