Delivering your Catalog

Ingesting your catalog into the Revelator platform.

Revelator has integrations with some of the industry’s largest aggregators including CI & FUGA so you can easily deliver your data and keep your catalog in sync.If you don't use CI or FUGA as a supply chain partner, you may be able to import your metadata and assets (audio & cover art) directly into our platform by using our Google Sheet integration.Please communicate with your Customer Success Manager to discuss your preferences.

Delivering your catalog from Fuga

The following outlines the steps needed in order to deliver your catalog from FUGA to Revelator:

1. In your Fuga account, set up a contract to deliver your catalog to Revelator

2. Notify Revelator when this is done

3. Revelator will then create a file path folder to accept the delivery, e.g. "/fuga/rev_customer"

4. Once the feed and Revelator folder is set up, request to deliver your catalog to Revelator by creating an order for full catalog delivery:

Please share with your Customer Success manager any delivery status information you see from your Fuga account along the way.

Delivering your catalog from Consolidated Independent

The following outlines the steps needed in order to deliver your catalog from CI to Revelator:

1. Request to set up a feed to *REE* from CI

2. Notify Revelator when this is done

3. Revelator will then create a folder to accept the delivery, e.g. "/ci/rev_customer"

4. Once the feed and Revelator folder is set up, request to deliver your catalog to Revelator (REE)

5. Create an order for full catalog delivery:

Importing your catalog from Google Sheets

If we are unable to take direct delivery of the entire catalog, you can Import your catalog from a spreadsheet into your Revelator account. Please discuss the options with your Customer Success Manager.

1. 1.Fill out the corresponding fields in the Catalog worksheet​

2. 2.There are 8 catalog insert tabs so carefully follow the instructions and read any applicable notes throughout.

3. 3.There is a 'Sample Data' tab to guide you as well.

4. 4.If cover image and audio files need to be batch imported into your Revelator account, please confirm whether you are able to set up direct download URL links to the files from a public server (Google Drive, Dropbox, Azure, S3, etc.).

Upon request, we can provide a template spreadsheet for batch inserting your catalog:

- Fill out the corresponding fields in the 8 catalog insert tabs by carefully following the instructions and reading any applicable notes throughout.

- If cover image and audio files need to be batch imported into your Revelator account, please confirm whether you are able to set up direct download URL links to the files from a public server (~~Google Drive,~~ Dropbox, Azure, FTP, etc.). If not, we'll have to figure out other options for bringing in the files.

- There is a 'Sample Data' tab for guidance as well.

Delivering content via FTP

- IP address of our FTP server: delivery.revelator.com

- Username:

- Password:

- FTP protocol: FTP

- FTP port: 221

- Mode: Passive

- filepath directory: I:\CatalogTemplateAssets\kenny (replacing "kenny" with their directory)

- You can add subfolders to your root directory if you would like
