Access your Payees within Royalties from our main navigation. From here you can manage the settings of anyone who receives payments via your created Contracts and Royalty Tokens (when enabled). Opening a Payees Details provides an overview of their balance, recent transactions and statements, associated assets and contracts, and the ability to edit their Payee Portal permissions within your organisation.
Additionally, your payees can receive a Payee Portal that provides permissions to view their balance, transactions and statements, and the assets and contracts their linked to. They can also update their own payee and account settings from here.

What's the difference between a "Distribution" payee and "Portal" payees?
Distribution Payees are accounts that sign up via your organization's sign-up page, and are therefore client/child accounts of your enterprise. They are usually involved in/responsible for creating and distributing catalog from their accounts, and have the ability to add team members to help manage the account.
Portal Payees are payees that have been added via contracts to receive royalties and have view-only access to any linked catalog and contracts they're connected to. They do not have access to create or distribute new catalog from their accounts.

Signing up via your organizations sign-up page or added by you as a Client
Either by:
Adding a new Payee within a Contract, or
A Client adds a Payee through Track Splits (which creates a Track/Release level Contract)
You can also set up Commission Payees.
A commission payee is someone whose split % is taken from the distribution fee (your cut of the contract) instead of being taken from the contracts payout rate belonging to regular payees.
How do I know when payment information is missing?
The status "Payment Info Missing" will be displayed in the status column for your payees.
Can I export only selected payees?
Yes.
Use the checkbox on each payee listed in the table to select them. A batch actions bar will appear at the top of the table, where you can click Options and then select Export Payees to export your selected payees data. This will export a CSV file of your payees data.
You can also filter by this status (and many others) in order to see all of your current payees missing payment information. Open filters by clicking , then select Status and choose the status to filter your payees by.
Open the Payee filters by clicking , then select Payment Provider and choose between PayPal or Tipalti to show only payees using either of these providers.
